i'm not really the biggest health nut out there, unfortunately.
i mean, i try to be healthy and eat from all the food groups, i try to make sure Elijah has a good range of healthy snacks to outweigh his chocolate cake obsessions {he doesn't eat that much chocolate cake}, i drink water....
are those good steps?
but i mean eating healthy it's not always at the top of my radar.
if you follow me on Instagram you know full well of my addiction to junk food and like to indulge every day every once in a while
{Mega Stuf Oreos, mint Oreos, Double Stuf Oreos (all kinds of Oreos), Ben & Jerry's, Taco Bell, brownies stuffed with Symphony Bars, Butterbeer.... you get my drift}
{Mega Stuf Oreos, mint Oreos, Double Stuf Oreos (all kinds of Oreos), Ben & Jerry's, Taco Bell, brownies stuffed with Symphony Bars, Butterbeer.... you get my drift}
however, now that Elijah is getting older and is becoming more aware of what he likes to eat, i really have been trying harder to be more aware of what we are putting in our bodies and surrounding ourselves with.
since i'm turning this new leaf of health consciousness, it can be be daunting to figure out what the best brands and products are out there for my family.
thankfully, i don't have to work too hard [i'm really lazy, you know] at it because i can put my trust in great companies like Conscious Box to help introduce me to some of the best eco-friendly products.
