we found the pet store, guys!
[hallelujah!]
so basically that’s where we will be when we are going cabin crazy & it’s deathly hot out
{so everyday}
so much puppy lovin’ going on!
[this puppy was Eli’s favorite! he kept barking at us, wanting to play, and Elijah thought it was great! then when he stopped barking, Eli went over to him and kept trying to get his attention to make him bark again. it was so funny!]
glad we found a way to keep E-rock entertained for more than 10 minutes!
{thank you sweet puppies! wish we could take you home.}

SOOO cute! I'm DYING to get a pet of some sort but my hubster is like dead set on refusing any animal in his house.....grrrr
Aw, so cute! What kid doesn't love the pet store! Great idea for a new hangout!
Aww puppies! If one day you do decide to get a puppy, please don't get it from a pet shop. The vast majority of them get their dogs from puppy mills sadly. Shelters/rescue groups are the way to go :)

So cute!! Puppies are so much fun! (as long as you don't have to clean up after them!) Sometimes they take a puppy out so you can pet it (:
Um, you must live super close to us, because we live MINUTES from that mall!! Where are you living again? We were just cuddling with those puppies on Friday (if you ask to hold one, you can take one into a room in the back and play all you want!!!) Let me know if you want to hang out ever!! 801-735-5125
so cute!!! I'm sure he's going to ask for one pretty soon!!
I used to do this with my kids all the time! It is wonderful free entertainment, and the puppys love it too. :)
I feel like I have been to the mall more times this summer than in my entire life because it is so flippin hot out and my boys can't swim!!! The puppy store is a dangerous place because I can never get Will to leave!!
Ah, puppies ARE adorable! <3 <3 <3
I'd like to echo what Sharon said, though. I'm sure that people's hearts are in the right places when they buy puppies from pet stores, but many people are ignorant about the conditions from which these puppies come. Pet store puppies are generally purchased from puppy mills, where parents are waaay over-bred without regard to their health, and the dogs are kept in squalor in small cages for their WHOLE lives without socialization or loving contact. Often these puppies have social/behavioral problems because they were taken from their mothers at too young of an age, and health problems due to indiscriminate breeding.
I don't mean to chastise or lecture to anyone here! Like I said, many people don't even know about the issue. This just seemed like a great opportunity to inform people about where dog store puppies come from. Of course, purchasing one only only serves to support this system.
I hope that one day our country will have better regulations on this topic. But in the meantime, like Sharon said, if you want a puppy, it's better to visit your local shelter, rescue group, or a reputable breeder. :-)
My brother takes my nephew there all.the.time. and swears it's the new "playplace" to hang out. I will def have to try it! Stay cool lovely :)
I hate going to the pet store... Cause I always wanna take one home! haha.
