this week started off {really} rough but has ended on a pretty positive note.
we are starting/finishing some projects up before Adam goes back to slaving away at school and it has been pretty fun to work alongside him to make our apartment more homey
{fun and at times frustrating. we have two very different ways of thinking :)}
and Elijah is just loving all this time he has while we are getting things together to watch Dora the Explorer without interruptions. except to switch it to Blue’s Clues of course.
i know. we’re A+ parents like that.
so if you have the Dore the Explorer theme song stuck in your head like i do,
here are some links to help you have happier thoughts :)
after this week, i definitely needed this post.
this is on my bucket list too. so so gorgeous!
after this easy DIY i desperately want to cover something in burlap.
one of the most gorgeous baby blankets i’ve seen.
chocolate cake + York peppermint candies = yes please!
i really really really think i want to get this skirt with some shop credit i won. it will make my life complete.
i have a blog planner from Tranae of Becoming Fabulous and L.O.V.E it! so cute, so organized, so perfect. if you need help staying organized with your blog like me {especially as i started taking sponsors} you should definitely get a planner from her!
eShakti is obviously the coolest and is offering Here’s To You, Mrs. Robinson readers 10% off your purchase with code MR26GAN. do it do it!! you won’t regret it :)

haha I def know what you mean about having diff ideas about home decor! It's so exciting though that you've gotten the time to make your house your little home, it's been tough over here trying to find time when we get off work. Hope to see some before and after pics of yours, that little ottoman looks great! : )
glad to hear you are settling in!
Thanks for the shout out friend!!! Hope the house is coming along well!!
Glad to hear the house decorating is coming alone. I want to do a project with burlap too. I'm thinking about using it to make pillows.
And thanks for the mention.
